I’m Ivette
The face, founder, and editor behind ‘A Broad in the Bay’. Created to offer fun inspiration on my travels, unique stays, activities, and experiences in the Bay Area, and beyond.

As a Bay Area native I have first hand knowledge on local spots, hidden gems, travels, and stays and wanted to create a space to share where life takes me, whether it’s in the Bay Area or not so you can experience it too.

I have a degree in marketing, and currently work in the tech industry as a Marketing Manager. While I love what I do, I also love all things travel, photography, and unique experiences, and decided to start this to document all of my adventures, highlighting cool hotels, countries I visit, places to visit, dining spots, and more.
